Biscarrosse, third city of the department of Landes, after Mont-de-Marsan and Dax, counts about
13 000 inhabitants (which 1500 lives in Biscarrosse Plage) and stretches over about 20 000 hectares within three sites:
Biscarrosse Ville: administrative and commercial centre
Biscarrosse Plage: the seaside village, constructed in the middle of the pine forest
Biscarrosse Lac: next to North lake, made of light houses and residential hamlets.
